About Me
I am a singer and writer of music. I love to arrange vocals and create dope harmony. I used to be in a group that was signed to Def Jam under Russel Simmons, and later signed to Universal called "ASKME." I'm married with two daughters, ages 8 and 3, Armani and Lailah (mini me). You can see pictures of my little ones in my pictures. I love to run, joke, decorate, paint, be creative, and have a good time with good, genuine people. So if you are shady, sneaky, unreal, a premadonna, or think the world revolves only around you, get off my site now! I don't like negative energy. Im told that i've been singing since I was three. I started out in church on the westside of Chicago. Later on, I started writing after I turned 18 and realized, that is where my heart is. There is nothing like humming a melody, adding some lyrics, and creating a new song. It's really what I love to do. I've written songs with many talented people who have inspired me, Like Joshua Kadison, Eric Williams (formerly of Blackstreet), Dave Holister (formerly of Blackstreet), Big Bub, Manuel Seal, Antoinette Roberson (WHERE ARE YOU?), Tiffany Carlin, Keith Crouch, Christopher Williams, Ike Lee, Kiyamma Griffin, and many more. I sang backgrounds for various artist in the music industry (it's way too many to name), i've done commercials, and soundtracks,and worked with some really hot producers such as Rockwilder,Eric Sermon, Redman, Trackmasters,Robert Clivilles, Rodney Jerkins, Darren Lighty, Allstar, The Clemons Brothers, Mario Winans,AC Smooth, Trakbrokers,Berris Bolton,Earl Powell, and so on. Most of my favorite vocalist and writers are who many like to consider the underdogs, like Mint Condition (HOTT!), Joe (off the hook), Musiq Soul Child (incredible!!), Silk, and Tony Toni Tone'!! I love REAL music. I took a break from the music industry to reflect, grow up, and start a family. Now that that's done, I am back! I've been hibernating, and i've been in the lab perfecting my craft. It's my time to shine again, so look out for some hot new material soon
