Self-Destruction Project

BIOGRAPHY:

Self-Destruction Project is an ever morphing creature evolving through a polyhedral view of the Self, twisting between the horizons of the events and the end of everything. It lives in the human body and mind of Kaos. First works contributed to the music of DARKWHOLE (an experimetal/nu-metal duo with Randy from Amantyde - disbanded), then to the music of EX-NIHILO (acoustic/experimetal metal band - disbanded). The stream of ideas was fixed on a 9-tracks album, the "Self-Destruction Project" (2004, self-produced, 30 copies) released under the name of Kaos. The following album called "Inside The Cage" was never completed but came out the 3-tracks "Leviathan EP" (2005, self-produced, few promotional copies). In 2007 from a collaboration with the noise artist Steam Engine Of The Meat Machine a 3-tracks split-EP called "The Meat Machine Of Self-Destruction" is being released through the Decaying Black Sun Netlabel. A new album called "Total/Harmonic/Distortion" is going out soon.

03/11/07 : S-D:P and S.E.O.T.M.M. are no more working with the Deacying Black Sun Netlabel. We're looking anyway for another netlabel to release our mini-split album. Other things going on, working a lot with my black metal band Golthoth, doing some new tracks for this project, still looking for a label to release my album which is ready.

10/10/07 : a three track EP called "The Meat Machine Of Self-Destruction" from Self-Destruction Project and Steam Engine Of The Meat Machine will be released through the web on Decaying Black Sun Netlabel and it will be downloadable for free. It will contain a track taken from my upcoming album, a track from Steam Engine Of The Meat Machine and a track from both two (a sick alliance of industrial noisy suffering). What else...I'm planning a collaboration with a really sick artist called Selbst-Mordor , check him out! ...more industrial sickness to come, onwards, downwards...
02/09/07 : a new song from Whispers Of Fate (a project in which i'm involved) is now online. Please have a listen and write down comments.
In the meantime i'm doing the mixing of my album, that is about to be released, and finishing the artwork.
27/08/07 : i'm going to remix a noise track from Steam Engine Of The Meat Machine . More madness has to come...keep an eye open.
08/07/07 : i'm about to finish some new material and the album-thing seems approaching, even if it's going out of focus. Doing some artwork, cutting some skin, making some claustrophobic noise...things going on. Maybe a small EP will be released on the net for free before the album comes.
11/05/07 : from the ashes of Vediom a new entity is born with the name of GOLTHOTH.

29/04/07 : I have been called to form a new symphonic/gothic metal project called "WHISPERS OF FATE". Some songs are about to be complete and soon Whispers of Fate will appear on Myspace with music, artwork, poetry and all the form of art in which we will be able to translate our feelings.
21/04/07 : with the collaboration of Inhvman a big split album is about to be released: it will contain works of Self-Destruction Project, Inhvman, Demetrius Grave, Kaalt, Kreyk and Fucktory-X. More info will come soon on this channel.
Self-Destruction Project is also working on several tracks in order to complete an album before the summer, and may it be distributed anyway through a netlabel/label, help me doing this! Thank you!

04/04/07 : a new song is about to be complete, on which there will be guest vocals by Timothy Norris from Downfall Desire ( www.myspace.com/downfalldesire ), with whom I'm going to manipulate some old stuff of mine and add some vocals. Stay tuned for new stuff to come.
24/03/07 : with the rest of the band I separated from the drummer Rise, who remains the only Vediom's member. Me, the singer Hastur, the guitarist Obscure, the bassist Azathoth, are going to give life to a new project with a new drummer. Future is yet to be written. Furious wrath is still to be unleashed...
