Condotto da Franz (e ora anche da Sam), il programma, in onda ogni lunedi sera dalle 21,00 alle 22,30 si pone l'obiettivo di diffondere musica metal a 360°, grazie agli eclettici gusti del conduttore. Franz è un patito della musica estrema, quindi vi garantirà black, death a profusione, senza disdegnare però puntatine in territori più soft, quali il gothic, il doom, il prog, il dark, il post-rock o l'heavy classico. News, concerti, interviste con gruppi locali e promozione di band italiane, completano la trasmissione.
