About Me

I'm the kind of doofus who gets lots of paper cuts. I'm currently sporting three, one of which is on my nose. It is the price I pay for having the habitual urge to smell new books. I also like the smell of brand new records.

I like my music raw, primal, with driving beats that knock your hips about, with riffs that hit you squarely in the pelvis, that make you feel like a firecracker has slid down your spine and gone off in your knickers leaving a trail of sparks behind.

I'm honest, genuine, and far too serious.

And I like talking dirty too.

My Interests

dancing, reading, identity theory, art deco, seeing bands, buying records, good vegie food, staring at the sky, vintage frocks, knitting, travelling.

Night of the Restless Roofing Raffians

On Friday night, I was asleep for a mere matter of moments before I heard noises on the roof that lies just beneath my bedroom window. I figured that it must be the cat that prefers to spend its ...

Still playing in the dirt

It´s been another great day of inhaling ancient dust. I´m really enjoying being outside, dusted all over with dirt, sifting through dried mud. I feel like I´m a kid again. Although, I should probably ...
