About Me

3D TV are the result of a quest to prove that you can't cross the psychedelic incompetence of William Shatner with the energetic fuzz of The Cramps; the feedback and drone of Velvet Underground with the relentlessness raunch of Status Quo or the white noise of the Jesus and Mary Chain with the demented drama of Criswell. The group's sound, dredged from the garages, swamps and (especially) toilets of inner Sydney, is both a celebration and a textbook of the three Fs of rock and roll: fuzz, feedback and frenzy. It features snarling garage psychedelia, primitive intergalactic rock 'n' roll and relentless astro-drone with a little Euro-horror soundtrack, jangly guitar melody and dirty Seeds-esque rhythm & blues along the way.And it's really crap. Dig it!'snotty, juvenile and catchy' - Patrick Emery, Beat magazine, Melbourne, 2007Get this and hear us and others mangle Australian psych classics of the late 1960s (and we also mangle one of our own songs):Our new 7" single will slightly resemble this:And we have a song on an upcoming comp from these fine jerks:
