The human body is an instrument, communicating with itself using patterned frequencies. Our bodies are complex compositions emmiting vibrations in the greater symphony. As such, we have the ability to heal the world around us by tuning into our own frequncies and using sound as a way to tap into our unconcious, heal from memories and conflicts which we are repressing by acknowledging that they are there, and using the sound to guide us through the process of repairing these wounds, while creating a space for positive soulutions to reveal themselves. One of the greatest problems facing the world today, and one of the leading causes of disease, is stress. We can use music as a way to release stress by relaxing our physical bodies, and releasing seretonin in our brain. Sound can heal our physical bodies, our emotional bodies, our spiritual bodies. Music can heal relationships. Music can restore life in nerves that have died. Music can help develop language, physical skills, social skills, and creative potential. Playing music can help us connect to our unique spirits, unlocking and awakening us to our divine potentials. Music can uplift a saddened soul by creating a safe place for depression to be dissolved into the calm rhythms of life. Music can influence whole genrations to act and to grow and to manifest change. Sound can change the struncutre of the molecular body. This being said, Sound has infinite potenial to heal and to create. It is said in many cultures that the creative life force itself is sound, and so to use sound and vibration to heal from the negative aspects of life, and strengthen the positive aspects of life is extremely potent because we are tapping into the life force itself. I invite you to take a deep breath, hold your hand over your heart, and sing to yourself on any vowel that resonates within you. Imagine that the vibrations are filling your heart with a loving light, and that this cosmic light is flowing through your entire being, and filling all the people who are connected to your heart song with the same light. We are all one in one verse. let love shine on thorugh your being, painting your image of infinite song into your every experience. Music is a gift, and we are simultaneously the givers and recievers of this most powerful and illuminating presence. The whole universe is singing, so lets all sing along!
