About Me

I grew up at the west coast of France-Bretagne. In 1997 I moved to Ireland.
After living almost two years in Dublin I went back to France (Paris).
I stayed two years in Paris before I moved to Germany in 2001.
Photography always fascinated me.
As autodidact photographer I am permanently learning and evaluating
my work. I am not specialized in one particular domain, but I have a
small preference for nature and concert photography.
During the last weeks I was working on NIGHT SHOT PHOTO SERIES about
HAMBURG:
In February I followed the ORCHESTRA TOUR of the band DEINE LAKAIEN
as official tour photographer.
At present, I am often outside for NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY.

Camera and photography equipment:
End of 2004 I started with Nikon D70, followed by the Nikon D200.
I am using the following objectives:
- Sigma 70-200 mm 2,8
- Sigma 70-300 mm 4-5,6
- Nikon 18-70 mm 3,5-4,5
Additional accessories are polarisation and UV filters.
My official photography web site is not available yet, but I am working
on it. As soon as it is finished I will post a link on this myspace profile.

I love classical music. I've learned how to play the violin but after 14 years of practice I took a break. Sometimes I like to create my own music. If you are interested, there are some samples here on myspace . Otherwise I have quite wide range in music taste. One of my favourite groups is:

Books:

Good thrillers and crime stories.
I am collecting all the books of 'Mary Lester' written by Jean Failler . All stories are taking place in France-Bretagne, where
I am coming from.
The CSI books written by Max Allan Collins are great too. At present, I am reading 'Da Vinci Code' by Dan Brown. The next book waiting to be read is 'Secrets of the Code' by Dan Burstein ... lets see how the 'Da Vinci Code' is turning out after that. ;-)
