I was not sure about mixing up the topic “health and alternative medicine”
with my hobbies here on this page, but health and alternative medicine
has always been important to me and is a big part of my life.
I think it is necessary to question systems and habits we are used to and to
inform us to make up our own mind and to take self-responsibility.
I do not want to give lessons. Everybody is responsible for his own life and
well-being. I only would like to share information I collected, and which I
think is important to know.
