houseworx is a nightclub brand based in the South Coast just over 2 years young. Holding strong residencies across Hampshire including Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth and Bournemouth, the DJ’s are always out somewhere spinning some phat tunes, getting the party rockin’. Specialising in funked up house music, breaks & electro, houseworx consists of two resident’s: James Good & Rich Marsh and a vocalist: Bex Thurston, as well as hosting guest appearences from local talent such as Matt Handy, Glen Ford, Mel Crosby, Jon Ward, Jay Cox, D’Vinyl, Sam Brice, Dan Apps...
James Good has been playing since 1998 going in and out of different styles of music and is now truly stuck in the house & breaks scene playing at clubs and bars across the country including Turnmills & Heaven in London and all across the South Coast and has played in Ibiza. James has also been in dj competitions across the country including The Whitehouse Finals (London), Bournmouth DJ Finals at The Old Fire Station and Smile & DJ Mag finals, bringing home 2nd place. James can also be accompanied by a live vocalist, Bex Thurston who is always a true crowd pleaser with her unique voice. Bex Has worked on many tracks and labels including ’Full Soul Records’ - a London based label as well as other top producers. Rich Marsh has been playing house music since 2000 and that has taken him as far as London and right across Hampshire but he can mainly be seen in the Southampton area throwing a top party! The keen attitude of Rich makes him a major part in the music, loving the vibe, loving the music.
