Peacebreakers

Nel 2003, a Napoli, un trio di amici, Marcello, Giovanni e Cristiano, uniti per la forte passione per il suond punk che li accomuna, impugnano rispettivamente chitarra, bacchette e microfono, mettendo su un trio. Nascono i PeaceBreakers. Visto il numeroso susseguirsi di vani tentativi per la ricerca del quarto elemento, la formazione a tre resta, e la neo-band va avanti rinunciando ad un'altra sei-corde. Nell'ottobre del 2005, comincia a girare per i corridoi della scuola che frequenta Giovanni, il batterista, un ragazzo che condivide le loro stesse idee e la band trova il quarto elemento: Carmine. Nonostante la verde età, la band gira spesso Napoli e provincia suonando in numerosi locali. Fanno tappa al Jail Club, allo Shakti Club, al Various Club, al Rock Cafe, all'Antico Cellaio ed al Dunia, oltre a diversi centri sociali, come l'Insurgencia, l'Asilo Politico e il Terra Terra. Il gruppo si inserisce in vari contest ed è, a volte, sui palchi delle piazze più grandi di Napoli per partecipare ad iniziative promosse per gruppi emergenti, come "La Festa Dello Studente". Partecipano "Festa dello Studente e Della Creatività", organizzata sulla suggestiva costiera Amalfitana, esibendosi sul palco della spiaggia di Minori (Live streaming in diretta su radio RCA/divinaFM). Due volte in sala: Per la demo "Giorni", registrata a dicembre del 2005, che comprende le tracks “Giorni", "Non venirmi a dire" e "Abituati”, e la demo "Infezione", la più recente, sfornata nell'Aprile del 2007, dove la band cerca nuove sperimentazioni musicali con l'aiuto del rinomato Fabrizio Fedele, che riesce a dare ai pezzi nelle fasi di registrazione, mixaggio, editing e mastering suoni nuovi e travolgenti.
