"Moving with the times" to me means making room for the "new" and..."embracing the old" - not doing away with it. That doesn't even make sense!

MY ALLTIME FAVORITES (the Oldies from the 60's): I Love Lucy, Beverly Hillbillies, The Munsters, Andy of Mayberry, The Original-Star Trek, M*A*S*H, Green Acres, Bewitched, Hazel, Gilligan's Island, I Dream of Jeannie, Batman, and Flipper - the shows I grew up with. "I'm saying, those were some good honkin' shows!"
AND BOOKS I LIKE: Well? Usually I'm "booking it" down the road in "Emerald" my little car - Giddy-Up!! Okay...so, along with my Bible, I read "Streams In The Desert" - my Daily Devotional, and an occasional Inspirational Book. Also, can I admit I prefer reading books - with pictures? :-) I like the Dictionary - (Words mean ALOT to me), and believe this - I read Recipe Books like they're novels! LOL I also like to read Instructional Art books, Self-Help, and Do-It-Yourself stuff. That's about it.
FIRST AND FOREMOST - My Mama! She was a kind, sweet, shy woman - a real marshmallow. And, she was a wonderful, strong, giving, hard-working provider - who sacrificed her own wants and needs for her children. As time goes by without her, I understand more and more just how blessed I was that she was mine. :..-) To you Mom..MUAH!Also, here are some pretty awesome people, that I look up to tremendously: Jesus Christ, my Savior - of course. My best friends in the world - Jackie n' Brian, Lulu, Ron n' Bunny, Marti, my Big Sis' Joy, and June n' Bob. Also, I greatly respect the talents, creativity, and "heart" of Walt Disney, Jim Henson, Lucille Ball, and Jacques Cousteau!
