Hey peeps. So I’m Arianne, a false killer whale who lives in beeeeutiful Hawaii. I spend a lot of my time on the west coast of Oahu but me and my buddies swim all over this beautiful island state. There are about 20-30 of us that hang out all the time, but we’re like a sub-pod of our larger Hawaiian false killer whale pod of about 65. You know those old folks and youngins, you gotta love um but us cool kids need our space! Have you heard of Makua Bay? Well that’s where we go to get away and chill with some really cool dolphins. I know, I know, you’re probably thinking that I’m gonna eat them or something! WRONG! I might have “killer whale” in my name, but that “false” is really important. I mostly eat Mahi Mahi and tuna, same as you, so SHUT IT! My dang cousin gives us sweeties a bad wrap! Oh and technically, I’m a dolphin not a whale.
Anywho, Makua Bay rocks! It’s so peaceful, the mountains are gorgeous, the oceans are clear and there are a lot of cool dolphins hanging out. Some of them are on my MySpace page like Hoku, Rip Curl, Two-v and Silver. Silver’s a bottle nosed dolphin, she’s such a cutey. We took her under our wing cuz every cool dolphin needs an apprentice! LOL! Hoku’s an albino Spinner Dolphin, she’s totally rad, and marches to the beat of her own drum. Rip Curl and Two-v are tough dudes that are totally gnarly. They do some amazing acrobatics, the biggest air show in town!
