We play etno trans, roots & experimental music! Our sound is dominated by rhythm and is embellished with folk elements from various cultures. We create our repertoire by ourselves.

The name of the group -
EX USU
- comes from Latin and means - in the power of custom - which was supposed to symbolize that inspiration for us is folklore of various cultures and customs developing over centuries. However, we are trying not to close or limit our music, which is used to be described as folk music. We try to find beauty in monumentality of sound, simplicity of rhythm and melody but also in broadly perceived trans.
Although we don't play popular music, we often meet people who like to derive joy and pleasure from it. Our concerts, enriched with atmosphere of places in which we play, are rather chamber.
