Hungry Bear is an indie rock band from London, England that has just moved to America and selected Illinois as their new homebase.
hey everybody-
It's been a long time since an update on the band so here it is.
Although the plans to re record our debut album have been stalled, they're still in the works. We don't have a set time just yet, as Zack and Dylan continue to write more and more songs. The music is really coming along nicely, and the band's sound has changed a bit.....all for the better we think.
Plans to tour Canada and the Eastern United States are also on hold for the time being, while we look to solidify a couple positions in the band. We are still looking for a full time drummer, and more recently a bassist interested in touring and recording year round.
After Dylan's orthodontist gave him a bootleg copy of the new Wilco record, the band's writing's have grown into a new style we're calling a hybrid between the Beatles and Wilco....very neat stuff.
So be patient a little while longer, as we continue to write and develop a new sound, and lock up a lineup so we can tour the country and bring our music to you.
