Proverbs 31: Woman of Strength

I am a blood-bought, Holy Ghost filled, crazy Pentecostal! Most people haven't seen who I really am. I am a Jesus freak deep inside of me. I am still holding on to the Word I got in June of 2006, and many others. I was told that people won't recognize me. That they will look at me and say that's Brianne Moyers, and be surprised at how much I've changed, and how much God is doing for me. I still believe, and I'm still holding on to it. God has already started doing this for me, and I now know that the plans I have made are of the Lord, and I must stay determined. It is very hard, but I can't give up!I am a different kind of Christian. I know that God has told me I am different. He made me different for a reason. Even though, it's caused me a lot of pain, He did it for His glory, and soon, that reason will be revealed, not only to me, but everyone else, and people will finally see what God's purpose for my life is. God has set me apart, I am not what people think I am. I am not a failure, a slut, or a whore, and the things that have happened in my life, were put there for a reason. God knows my heart, and knows what it takes to change aspects in my life that have taken a wrong turn. I have a special anointing on my life. I know that without a doubt. I know that the Lord has shown me that I have a special duty to do. The Lord has shown me a lot of things, and I know if you knew the struggles I've been thru, and saw the dreams and visions, the Lord has given me, you'd be determined also. There are people trying to stop me. But the Bible says that, "in this world you shall have tribulation", and also that most times our enemies will turn out to be those people you trusted the most. The ones you trust to lift you up, and believe in your goals and dreams with you. Don't lose heart, the Lord is at your side!
I believe most Christians have become wimps. They are scared to use their power in the Lord, to stomp out the devil. That wrench is thought of as having much more power then he has, which is none. But as for me, I am sick of the devil coming into my life, and my friends, and families lives, and thinking he has power. No more devil. You have yourself a problem now, and her name is Brianne Moyers. The anger that you've caused to rise up in me thru pain, and rejection, these past 22 years, is no longer going to be used for you, but against you. Watch out devil, I got Jesus by my side, and we've got a lot of time to make up for. We aren't stopping 'til you're curled up in a ball and shaking in the corner. I will not stop, and I will be a daily reminder of your fate in the pits of hell.
I desire to be like the Proverbs 31 woman, but with a little more spunk and fire. I know that is what God is doing in my life. I know He is working out the rough edges in my life, and taking out the people who aren't going to help me, and believe in my dreams and goals. Those people who are set in their religious ways, and are unwilling to change with what the Lord is doing now. Many Christians would rather live in the times of the "flames of old", when God has new flames, and new people, and new ways to reach His children. This is a different generation. God is not scared of change, why should we be! Change has been very hard for me, but I know in the end, I will be very happy with what God's doing for me.
Nothing is more satisfying to me than a powerfully anointed worship service, where everybody gives their all to Jesus, and no one gets left behind. Whether it's the old classic hymns, or the newer upbeat music, it's never enough for me. I could sing and praise the Lord, 24 hours a day. I have a desire to sing and preach, and I know the Lord is guiding me in the right direction, even as we speak. I may be a little confused at times, but always at the Lord's side, and always one step closer to fulfilling my destiny.
I love to hear testimonies, and of mighty miracles God has done for His children. There are many testimonies that get left unspoken. God wants us to praise Him for what He's done, big or smallPlease feel free to share your testimonies with me.
I am about to start nursing school. Yes, that's right, Brianne Moyers, is going to give her all into becoming a nurse, and helping those in need. I feel this is a move that God is leading me into, and I am going to try my hardest. I know there will be obstacles, but I trust God, and If He leads you to it, He'll lead you thru it. Being a nurse isn't just a job. It should also be looked at thru ministry perspectives. A nurse helps people get back to physical or mental health, and in doing so also helps people get back their spiritual health. Being a nurse is a ministry, whether you've ever thought of it that way or not. Take sometime to think about what a pastor or an evangelist does, and then think about nurses. Nurses can reach many people that pastors and evangelists don't get to. And thru a seed planted in people's hearts by a kind and caring nurse, a pastor or an evangelist, can help get a person saved.
I have a deep desire to help less fortunate children in the world. This includes victims of abuse, and childhood illnesses. It breaks my heart to see those children suffer. I believe part of my ministry is to do with children and their families. I believe miracles will be part of my ministry, not for me, but for God's glory. I believe that part of my ministry will be my job, my job as a nurse. I would like to work in a Pediatric ICU, which would require me to move, but it would be well worth it, if thats what the Lord has for me. There are so many ministry opportunities in this part of a hospital, to save lost souls (who are our brothers and sisters) is what our lives are about. It's not to be about ourselves, but those around us. If you help others, God will help you.
I believe in miracles, mighty miracles! Not these small, I got help paying to get my car fixed miracles,but I whole-heartedly believe in the mighty miracles of God. You know, those legs growing, eyes opening, dead being raised from the grave type miracles. God did it over 2000 years ago, so how much more should be done now. God has given us the power and authority His Son, Jesus, had when He was on earth, and we have to same power. Just ask and you shall recieve!
The Bible says, we have not, because we ask not! So don't be afraid, ask! If it fits in God's plans, you'll get it, may not be right away, but just trust Him. God's Word will not return void!
