I tried Adobe Premiere Pro CS3. The few adobe programs used in the past, I thought were to difficult for a beginnner. The CS3 however is amazingly simply. It only took me 3 tutorials and 11 hours, to figure out how to do all of the techniques used in the above video. I am attempting the time warping and time stopping today.
