Photography, writing, hiking, travel, ice cream, wine, good food, watching the lemmings run into Starbucks. Pondering random crap, like when we're gonna see the "In Loving Memory of Jesus" window sticker.
I like to watch people get onto escalators and people movers at airports. Clouds. Kauai. Rocky beaches where the waves make thunder with the rocks as they pull them out to sea... Exploring a woman's mystery... I am humbled by a baby's hands and eyelashes. I am saddened by a life that ends with nothing in the hyphen (born - died).
Everyone -- especially God, Gregory Heisler, Charlize Theron, Lewis Black... Preferably God last.
I like to hear people's stories and learn about how they got to where they are, and that first pause and look in their eye -- "can I trust you" -- before they reveal a bit of the dream of where they want to go... that is a magic moment and the start of a friendship.
If you are a friend, please speak... I look forward to your comments. :-)

Goofy stuff like the Lampoon movies, funny flicks with a heart like Click (Adam Sandler is one of the most under-rated people who is not a close friend), subtitled arthouse stuff, Lost In Translation, Sideways, La Femme Nikita (the French version), Unbearable Lightness of Being, Henry and June and anything else shot by Phillipe Rousselot, Benny and Joon, When Harry Met Sally -- most of the "and" movies... LOL
Eclectic, like everything else in my life. Go see "Ashes and Snow" when the Nomadic museum visits your country.
I want to Eat in the Dark.
Two and a Half Men, CSI, Without a Trace, Simpsons, Invader Zim, South Park, comedy specials on HBO. But I'm still learning how to use my remote.
Why is some of the best TV cartoons?
And why is some of our best entertainment our elected leaders and the media that packages them?
And why the hell is there not a category for local theatre? Live theatre rocks! :D
