HotFreeLayoutsI'm a laid back cool cat chick that enjoys cuttin' up & havin' a good time. You can most likely find me on the dancefloor if the music is right(DRUM-N-BASS, HOUSE) & I'm usually the one that's actin' the PHOOL(I tend 2 entertain others while laughin' @ myself @ my own expense). When I'm out I have a tendency 2 curse like a phreakin' sailor, but in the words of Dave Chappelle, I can also speak "job interview". I LOVE DRUM-N-BASS---I can honestly say that it owns me. I'll never forget when my bro 1st introduced me 2 AK1200's 'Drowning'--that's what kick started my addiction & I haven't been the same since(thanks alot man!) I have a pretty nice cd collection, but when I'm cruisin' around in my car dnb is pretty much all I listen 2(sorry ma dear friends but ur gonna have 2 continue 2 put up w/it). I just love & appreciate live music in general...whether it's turntablism, classical, jazz, blues, or a band that can just rock the phuck out. As long as u got skillz & play from the heart, I will definitely be entertained b/c I know personally that it takes hard work & pure desire 2 aspire 2 one's full musical potential. I love laughter damnit. I believe that's the best medicine. I can have just as much fun goin' out as I can chillin' @ a friend's house, kickin' back a few beers & watchin' some stand up comedy(my absolute faav hands down is Eddie Murphy's Delirious). I would love 2 travel someday 2 experience other cultures that the world has 2 offer. I have a horrible lip gloss addiction, my pet peevz include--procrastination, FOO-FOOS(sorry but I'm a tomboy & I just can't relate 2 any type of snobbery--it takes quite alot 4 me 2 get agitated but I absolutely CANNOT stand people like that; I kinda wish that some peeps can just leave their egos @ home, u know what I'm sayin'?) Ignorance is not bliss... I believe that knowledge destroys ignorance. I'll chit chat w/anybody that feels like bullshittin' right along w/me. I luvz me some beer---I CHALLENGE YOU---Heineken has been makin' me it's bitch lately, but hey, I'm not complainin'. I've also been called a 'wine-o', 4 I luvz me some merlot.(Smoking Loon is the shiznit!)AND FOR ALL OF THE PEEPS THAT HAVE ASKED ME IF I HAVE A MYSPACE ACCOUNT--tada! I finally set mine up, so enjoy....what the...I'll be damned...I guess I'm a phuckin' hyprocrit 4 being a procrastinator(HAHA!...like I mentioned before...entertainin' others @ my own expense.)---Here's a little summary about my background. I played volleyball & softball as a kid-I was starter in volleyball & 1st base in softball-I played for the allstars team a couple of times, but that completely killed my summer vacation as a kid. Instead of playing sports in high school @ Comeaux, I decided 2 sell out & be a 'band dork'(haha). I liked the traveling-I hated the marching band thing but I did get an opportunity 2 be in the Macy's Parade in New York City, which was pretty cool. I absolutely loved playing in wind ensemble. I played clarinet & was 1st chair my soph, junior, & senior year. I did the honor band thing every year from middle school throughout high school(I have so many phreakin' patches & medals it's not even funny). I was section leader & even elected band officer my senior year(I can't believe that one either considering the fact that I was partying a little too hard that year). I worked hard & played hard I guess. I never took myself too seriously(AKA. "one time, @ band camp..."). It was never like that. I just loved 2 play music(I guess it was the poetic expression w/out using words that I got out of it) which is why I would LOVE 2 learn how 2 spin or compose dnb, not 2 call myself a 'DJ'-just so I can have a musical hobby again 4 the sake of entertaining myself & being able 2 'control' the music that I love ever so dearly, as well as taking on a new challenge(but I need 2 be able 2 afford it first). I could have looked into getting a music scholarship @ UL, but I decided to study interior design & architecture instead b/c that is another passion of mine--ART--( my favorite artists include Eyvind Earle, Salvador Dali, H.R. Giger, Van Gogh, & Picasso 2 name a few). Contemporary design is my favorite style & I loved making abstract projects & drawings 4 class--but art supplies r HELLA EXPENSIVE--so I took a break after a few semesters. I still draw as a hobby. (If I can finish a few pieces soon I will post a few things 4 ur entertainment.)(hmm.....now i obviously posted my shit but if it doesn't load up like it should just try 2 reopen my page). Long story short---Hopefully w/in the year I will be enrolling @ Blue Cliff college so I can train 2 be a massage therapist. I've had some health issues recently, & now I want 2 be able 2 heal people in a relaxed & comfortable environment & I know 4 a fact that if I can heal others then that would be so much more rewarding than any artwork, sport, or piece of music.
