Hi, I..m a guitarist in first line, but I create, write and arrange on all instruments (lead and rythm guitars, drums, bass/ and some synthy for one project in the future) and produce. I love playing live gigs and I burn positively for the upcoming shows. My actually stuff:
Rene Alex / Black Hole Time Trip - I call that style by myself Energy Rock Metal Crossover. It includes Experimental, Psychedelic, Progressive -Rock, - Metal, -Hardcore and a bit of Post Punk, Funk and Blues
Projects: Romec feat. Rene Alex Drum & Bass / Breakbeat + GuitarI joined drum & bass, breakbeat, experimental, psychedelic and progressive, rock, crossover, hardcore, metal, including speed- & thrash metal bands and projects and I also play on the synthy experimental stuff, sphery vibes, trip hop, drum ..n..bass and breakbeat. Jammin..: riffs, tunes and solos become a lot more progressive, experimental and sphery styles and I let some possible of that transfer to new tracks or at least influence into new songs. At this time I..m much more a songwriter. I make a mix out of songtunes and progressive experimental stuff. I burn for playing guitar, drums, synthy and bass.The music doesn..t contain mainstream. It..s all about pure energy feelings and there..s also no care about if there aren..t virtouse guitar solos in it or if there are. However it fits to the core of the track. All songs are powered with groundbreaking metal and hardcore riffs, energy rock, experimental, psychodelic and post punk and also many songs contain little funk parts, blues guitar lines and one with some few fusion to the metal riffs, cause these parts fit to the whole thing. So in this way deeper crossover shows different views of the theme and colour the groove up. Some songs are better without guitar solos and some with. And also a great guitar riff, bass lines and drums in a song can make more energy and feelings without ordinary "extras". In that point makin less is makin more of the music. If it sounds great, it is great. And also so it goes with songs that need guitar solos to play around the core of the track.

Sun of Rays - Progressive Metal.That..s it ..bout creatin...Born at Octobre, the 4th 1976 in Ludwigshafen near Franfurt, Germany. With diggin.. Van Halen..s 5150 and 1984 at the age 9 I got one year later my first accoustic guitar and one more later my first electric guitar. From that moment I was playing with different friends in different bands. First gig I played alone at the age eleven. At that time first time I played a complete solo. In ..88 and ..89 came new influences in that I..ve been diggin.. till today: Living Colour and Faith no more. First one is my fave together with 24-7 Spyz with Jeff Brodnax. At the age thirteen I played in a metal band with Andreas Schweickart and Thorsten Mitsch - friends of mine. By a vocal casting I was voted without my voice from all other bandmembers. Then I was guitarist in a hardcore band, then a hardcore crossover band Bad Temptation with Roman Grydzcyk. Together with some members I experienced a couple of time later in lot of different styles and in ..93 I made with ém my rock metal crossover band which influence came through the inspiration by Living Colour and 24-7 Spyz. From all my completly own written songs out of that time came in 2005 Meteoric Rise
Supernova and the main riff of Iguana finalized on the Album Streams of Energy. Iguana was also chosen for a band-sampler cd by new-generation music in 2005. Back to..94: Another friend of mine Alex Friebe, who let our drummer play on his kit, took it out of the practice room and so that was the end of our band and I jammed with different guys what I always did. In ..99 I moved on covering Joe Satriani songs just for fun in that time which I did the first time in ..92 with The Extremist. Later time I played some Satch songs live. At the same time I did a project Sun of Rays and in 2000 I created and recorded songs for my 2nd or 3rd main band Mind..s Eye. 2001 came my old buddy Romec to ask if I..d play some drum & bass with guitar. The cool thing was that the riffs I created in seconds fitted best from first ideas from first listening to his music. In 2002 I did some solo gigs with my stuff and so lol I got top-audiencereactions. After I met already some musicians like Testament and Nicko McBrain of Iron Maiden finally I met fortunately members of my bands fave in that time already for more than a decade: Living Colour, which carrear I followed on since ..88. After a concert of their Calleideoscope Tour 2003 I met Corey Glover, who also worked as an actor in Oliver Stone..s Platoon in ..86 as Francis and did some other movies and records. We talked, laughed and had fun. I met also Will Calhoun and talked with him, too. 2004 I made playing in 4 bands and projects: Rene Alex - Black Hole Time Trip, Dark Sphere, Mind..s Eye and Sun of Rays.
