About Me
Who We Are and What We Do:
Riot Grrrl Ink., or RGI, supports art that talks back. We provide resources and financial support for political, radical, progressive and revolutionary art in all forms – art that, due to its content, has traditionally been limited by its funding resources. At RGI, we channel resources to art that defines and inspires contemporary queer culture and its ongoing revolution & evolution (rEvolution).
How it works…a rEvolutionary business plan
At Riot Grrrl Ink., 100% of all profits go toward the rEvolution of Art! Through our various merchandise lines, we are literally able to fund a rEvolution. Our diverse product lines consist of everything from your basic organic cotton t-shirt to custom electric guitars. What makes our merchandise lines different from other companies is that 100% of the profits go to the organizations, projects and artist that we work with. This process allows us to produce and support albums, films, live concerts, political protests and every type of art you can imagine from gender performers to conceptual instillations.
RGI exists solely on individuals choosing to practice fiscal responsibility and consciously making decisions everyday to incite a wave of action in their community. Our patrons come from all over the world and consist of all age groups, socioeconomic levels and educational backgrounds. Our Patrons are bound by a common ideology, that every dollar has a voice: you make the choice who hears it.
