Who's Your Daddy-O?!

About Me

This month's special: Mother's Day Portraits. Booking Sundays, 11-4, and by appointment. See my blog for details:Hey, y'all!! I have the privilege of being the official photographer of this year's Midnight Mass car show!! Check it out at: http://www.theoriginalpoorboys.com/It's gonna be SWINGIN'!! They got the Blasters! THE BLASTERS!!! Pre-party Friday at the Old I; after-party at the Mariott Courtyard; both have lots of cool acts. This is the BEST "billet proof" car show in the area, and definitely one of the best parties all year. We'll be hittin' the scene with random car-and-crowd shots to document the flavor of the show, and we'll be rockin' the Pinup Booth with quality portraits of all the gals who dare to spare 5 or 10 minutes to be captured for all eternity in their super-fine awesomeness; dudes, couples, and families welcome, too. I'll have frames from several local pinstripers available...ooooh, too much to mention here; blow by my blog for updates. This is gonna be FUN, FUN, FUN!!! Be there or your life will SUCK!!

My Interests

People, places, and things. Who, What, When, Where, Why, and usually How. Photography, music, art, and anything involving the underground economy. Your mom. A.D.D. Cars, bikes, and other interesting modes of transportation. Ninja haiku. Roads of the less-travelled variety.

I'd like to meet:

You, your mom, and the horse you rode in on!

Music:

If I haven't heard its bassline rattling the trunk of a beat-up Taurus, I probably like it. Very partial to Moxie Radio on Live365 and Outlaw Country on Sirius Satellite these days. I own a cowboy hat, and I've worn it to punk shows at the Distillery, if that helps at all.

Movies:

I like a lot of indie films, samurai films, vengeance flicks, car chases, some comic-to-movie conversions (Sin City ROCKED; X-Men was so-so). If Tarentino, Rodriguez, or Kurosawa made a film in which Hugh Grant got any part of his body cut off by any woman with a samurai sword or electric carving knife, I'd probably buy it. I've watched Kill Bill 8543 times, and I'm still pissed at the ending. Don't get me started.

Television:

Tryin' to quit. Unless there's movies on.

Books:

I'm a compulsive reader; it gets in the way sometimes (see "poorly disciplined"). I'm partial to biographical narratives, short fiction, and Penthouse Forum--baby.

Heroes:

The working class. Raise a glass to them, cuz dawn comes soon enough for these folks. Promote health care reform in our lifetimes!!
