Remnants of a Deity (ROAD) was formed in the fall of 2003, in Ottawa Ontario, playing a mash of styles of extreme metal, progressing towards technical death metal. In summer of 2007, ROAD hit the road on a tour to Cambridge and Toronto supporting Malignancy, Orchidec+omy, and Deamon. Also playing with many other brutal bands like Disgust, Cumgun, Lapidate, Dissentient, Pyrexia and Inherit Disease. ROAD has finished recording their new EP, titled "Obsession with Lacerations", set for release summer 2008.
