The Skywriters

By mixing traces of Tool, Pearl Jam, Radiohead and the Bluegrass tradition, The Skywriters conjure up a rock goulash with some serious flavour. The bastard child of Bella Fleck and Incubus, The Skywriters seamlessly intertwine intricate time and meter changes with complex harmonic structures, while keeping strong hooks and melody front and centre. Since the bands birth in 2006 they have played live in and around the London On area, as well as recorded a full length album that is set for release in the summer of 2007. The summer of 2007 will see The Skywriters take southern Ontario by storm in support of their new album.
