About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorJeff Liddard is a singer/songwriter/guitarist and a graduate of the Music Industry Arts Program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. He is currently working on various projects including The Stabbing Babies, a band which he and drummer Ben Jenkin started after high school. Jeff has also been exploring the hip-hop genre, adapting his playing/writing style to fit accordingly. In 2005/2006 he played guitar in Octane's Fire Hazard, a hip-hop act from Hamilton, Ontario. They played a number of gigs around the London area but disbanded in April of 2006. "Why Does She Love Him" is an origional Octane's Fire hazard track, check it out. Jeff has recently been collaborating with fellow Music Industry Arts graduate Adam Logi, a.k.a Logik. Together they co-wrote two of the three songs (titled "Acid Cowboy" and "Music") nominated for MIA's "EMI Publishing Canada Best Songwriting Award." The song "Music" came out the winner in the songwriting category. Acid Cowboy was also nominated for the MIA "Best Production 2nd Year" award, but lost out to Jon Boyer's smooth production of "Bedroom Fantasy." Currently, Jeff is working on a couple of new tunes that will be completed in the near future and is collaborating with Logik on a hip-hop EP.
