Biographies tend to be a bit pretentious, which we are the contrary of. For that reason, we’ll just keep it simple.
Growing up in a very small village somewhere in the Netherlands, means that making music really is all you can do. And making music really is all what we, and most of our friends, have been doing throughout the years. Although everyone of us has been playing in various bands, Estate Drama has always been a band we never wanted to quit, or could stop talking about.
Estate Drama has been around for several years now but, finally, in september 2006, we managed to get off our lazy asses! From that moment on, we have spend more time in our rehearsal room than we ever did.
In november 2006 we recorded 6 punkrock songs, which we have been able to write due to the influence and inspiration everyone in Estate Drama gives to this band.
The songs recorded, show the progress the band has made throughout the years. With other words, it shows what direction in writing songs was taken.
What was said about biographies being pretentious and all, well, they also don’t really add value to the music. That’s why we suggest you just check out our first EP or one of our shows!
