Long Way Down was founded in 2006 by members and former members of Tabula Rasa, Cassady, C.S.I., Lt. Somerset and Five Years Later.
The band manufactures a mixture of energetic and melodic punkrock, drawing influences from hardcore, skatepunk and poppunk. Think of bands like A Wilhelm Scream, No Use For A Name, Pulley and Useless ID.
Last year Long Way Down played in several venues across the Netherlands and supported the well-known US punkrockers Much The Same on two occasions, during their Across The Pond Tour 2007.
Early 2007 this five-piece released their debut ep 'A Second Home', containing light hearted poppunk. The new songs are definitely more aggressive, but just as catchy. Definitely keep an eye on these guys!
