NEGATIVE CREEPS

Formed in the early 90´s and after lots of line up changes, Negative Creeps achieved to establish their presence in the metal music scene. Playing a mixture of thrash and hardcore music with brilliant crossings to death and black metal music since 1998, the band created its own unique shade of sound, baptized by the band as Satancore.The first serious attempt for a recording session was made in 1999 resulting in the “999”demo CD which included 8 songs of pure thrash music. After that and lots of live shows with some of the best Greek bands, in the year 2001 the band recorded a promo EP named “Satancore”, which included 4 songs introducing the band ´s new era. In the same time the band made its presence more noticeable by touring extensively round Greece with bands such as Rotting Christ, Septic Flesh, Homo Iratus, Less Than Human and others. “Satancore” EP was the introduction in what was to come. And this was 2002´s “Inuterus Rebirth” CD, a combination of thrashcore - metalcore music with extensive reference to death and black metal.“Inuterus Rebirth” led the band to sign a contract with Black Lotus Records and as a sequel, the worldwide recognition of the existence of Negative Creeps. In the same time the band grew larger by the addition of a new member, Panho, as the band's rhythm guitar player making the band ' s live sound even more solid and massive. Furthermore, the band was the opening act for Biohazard's and D.R.I.'s live appearances in Athens and also had its first live show outside the Greek borders in the city of Izmir, Turkey, along with Rotting Christ and two local bands. All of the above helped the band gain even more experience, increasing its already very good reputation.In August 2004 Negative Creeps offered their new release. Named “Mutual Annihilation” the CD contains 10 tracks of pure and solid thrash and hardcore music with sharp and voluminous guitar riffs, impressive and blasting drums and bass section and bursting vocals with straight, sarcastic, raw and sometimes allegorical lyrics. Songs are inspired and influenced by bands like “Dew Scented”, “Hatebreed”, “Heaven Shall Burn”, “The Haunted” but never forgetting the main roots of the band, “Slayer” and “Sepultura”.NEGATIVE CREEPS
