The band was formed in late 2004 under the name Providence
by Jon T. (vocals), Nick P. (guitars) and Peter L. (One Block
Society, ex. Stagnate - drums). After a few months Billy M.
joined the band as the bass player. Through the next years
Providence took part in many shows with local bands like One
Block Society, The Voldera Cult etc. They’ve also successfully
supported several well-known hardcore/metal groups such as
PRO-PAIN, BORN FROM PAIN, SEPULTURA and they followed
STAMPIN’ GROUND in their last Greek tour ever.
In 2007 the band’s name changed to EDEN DEMISE, but
they kept the trademarks of their sound like heavy riffing,
street grooves and devastating beatdowns and their attitude.
After that they made a greek tour with LAST HOPE and
gave some very strong shows.
EDEN DEMISE recently released their first work,
“Scars Of A Shattered World†EP. The end of this year found
them stronger than ever as they opened ARCH ENEMY’s
first show in Greece and played in London with UK’s
hardcore heroes KNUCKLEDUST.
