DR. SHALINI KAPOOR GROVER, M.D., C.M. is an award-winning published research scholar, medical doctor and surgeon, expert laser specialist and cosmetic/aesthetics consultant who graduated from the McGill University School of Medicine, a world-renowned Ivy League Institution, with Honours ("Faculty/University Scholar" standing).

The Matrix IR is the only fractional laser to combine fractional optical energy with radio frequency for deep dermal heating for effective treatment of wrinkles.
