Our next meeting is December 4th at 7PM!WHO SHOULD JOIN: We are looking for those interested in helping launch the New York City Chapter. If you are interested in getting involved and potentially taking on a leadership position, and you live near the New York City area please contact us through this site and attend the next meeting. Also, please let us know if interested in contributing and/or volunteering for upcoming events.

This is the New York City chapter of Childhelp. The mission of Childhelp is to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of abused and neglected children. Studies prove that child abuse has lifetime effects on its victims and society. Along with our friends and donors, we are united in our dedication to end the cycle of abuse.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Founded in 1959 by actresses Sara O'Meara and Yvonne Fedderson. Childhelp is one of the oldest and largest national nonprofit organizations. We've held a few informational meetings and are open to new members. A fundraising event has been held at Saks Fifth Avenue recently where St. John's has donated money to ChildHelp and more members have been recruited. Childhelp Ambassador Kathy Lee as well as the founders of the organization were there to support the begining of the New York Chapter.
