First Class Motive [Is ready for July!]

About Me

After being in a few different bands, Michael wanted a break. He wanted to to write fun songs he enjoyed, along with writing Myspace bios where he referred to himself as "He". Writing always came easy for me, and I wanted to do it for fun, with no direction toward anything concrete. He played some goof songs he wrote to his friends, with good reactions. "Oh my" I exclaimed. "These could possibly make other people laugh as well!" I really was always into pop-punk/acoustic songs, so I just wrote as many as I could without looking back. Then life came, and I just kinda stopped writing. Occasionally, my friends would have me take the guitar out at a party and play, but I mostly just put it up for the winter.
A year went by, and I finally thought to myself, again "Man, if I write a bunch of sing-a-long style songs, I'll surely get girls then!" So, I took out the guitar and started writing. What started as a joke project for me and my friends, slowly became something to notice. The songs got great feedback, I started getting show requests, and more friends requested the page everyday. Now, with a full length cd in the works, I'm looking to bring a different sound to an overly-hardcore-saturated state. Theres definitely elements of sarcasm to my writing, but also heart. So, please don't be offended, it's all in fun. My music is kinda hard to be classified, I guess. I know I wont win a grammy. I know I wont go down in history as the best musician ever. I just wants to write fun songs for my friends, fans, and anyone who wants to hear them. Theres no telling what will come out of this project, so please, enjoy the ride with me! Just make sure to be ready for anything.
