The honey, total inspiration on the writings of Sweet Talk. The honey is,
I guess, whatever positivity you want it to be. The money, the hottie,
or just the glory. Like as if Jerry Mcguire walked into the Boiler Room to
fuck with Vin Deisel while closing a 250k dollar deal, then Sophia Loren
walks in wearing white gloves that gracefully extend to her elbows,
and mutters,"Shut the fuck up and show me the honey."
I went out to the water fountains for a smoke and wrote about it...

This song, worldwide, talks about the universal language, fantastic ideals,
and fairytales vs reasonable dreams. It's a lesson to self, a manual
to refer to, when your heart is on lockdown, or when original intention is
accidentally questioned and subsequently tested.
Inspired by moments at the j-o-b. Inspired by unexpected times when we
come to a fork in the road, and growing up in a town called "this town."
Inspired by the powerful ambitions and creative eye that my lady was
bringing to the table. Inspired by the younger family kiddos. Inspired by the artistic influence that my friends bring to the world.

Originally titled "No. Your Place," this was originally written to make a
lady shake her hips as quick as the dude bobbing his head. This is the
song I like to drop when cruisin down the street in my 6 4. Stay On Top
is a song that talks about endurance, and perseverance. About never
giving up on going after what you want. About maintaining it once you've
gotten it, and knowing what to do when it's in your hands.

Aww yea, the working title was inspired by the phrase 'quite the catch.'
It came up while just playin around with a lot of babble while my foxy stylist
was working one day, on the shredder. After nights of throwing around unique ideas and discussing the new flavor of jeremiah with her, the stylist conjured an idea about what the music world needed, a song that would always be there, like a best friend or the ideal mate... a song- being sweet, courteous, driven, comforting, a song of chivalry, and flirtatious rivalry, its a song inspired by traveling first class with a 40ounce of malt liquor in the leer jet. Sweet but smooth. Intense but matter of fact. Motivational but extremely chill. Swanky but badass as hell. The original lyric was co-written by a sexy little singer/dancer by the name of SARA M....
What it all comes down to is, being daring enough to talk the talk while walking the walk... The Red Carpet.
