About Me

Hello. This is the MySpace page for my songs. I find it very inspiring to go around this site and hear what other people are doing, writing, singing, playing. People you have never heard of (like me) can share a forum with our heroes, inspirational idols who also have pages here - and feel kind of equal! I'm going to put new recordings up as they happen, I hope you like them. Eyes is a song I wrote a long time ago - it's quite a sad song. She's not my girlfriend is another sad song. I don't think that's a bad thing. Life and love is hard and music has to reflect that. It's easier to listen to sad songs when you're happy than it is to listen to happy ones when you're down. Probably. Alien Plant Pot Head is from my You've Got to Hear this Baby! CD This is probably my favourite of my own songs, for what it's worth. By the way it's in an open g tuning. This is more light hearted - but it's certainly sad from the alien's point of view! Suspected personal development sabotage conspiracy is the latest song. It's about a number of annoying people/types - i rolled into one imaginary person to have a go at - the lyrics came quite quickly once I'd done that... Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy the music.
