JAMIL AL-AMIN IS INNOCENT!
Proof of Innocence Presented in Recent Court Hearing
Even though Imam Jamil Al-Amin was convicted of the March 2000 shooting death of Fulton County (Atlanta) Deputy Sheriff Richard Kinchen and even though both the State and defense lawyers knew a man named Otis Jackson had confessed to killing Kinchen, nothing was said at trial. Jackson was never called to testify!
Now, though, at the February 27, 2007, hearing on Imam Jamil's habeas corpus application, the various correspondences and communications of Jackson have been finally exposed to a court.
Jackson, who is incarcerated in a Florida prison (on unrelated charges), recently sent out a letter in which he confessed, once again, that he shot and killed Kinchen that night in March of 2000.
HERE IS JACKSON'S LATEST HANDWRITTEN CONFESSION!
