World Tour #5 - Quebec
What is our latest show about?
Metal is NOT a sales gimmick!
Metal is not a cheap whore, but that is exactly how some “marketing geniuses†see it. We’re using the latest Helloween album to illustrate of how the greedy brains of the marketing suits work. We also spent some time talking to Aki Hakinen from Finnish thrash band Perfect Chaos. Today is also known as Remembrance Day in North America. While others complain about stores staying closed to commemorate our forefathers who fought for our freedom, we remain open, and pay tribute to those who lost their lives in wars. Stain of Society provides a perfect soundtrack to that in our indie spotlight.

We visit Quebec.
We head out east to the heart of Canadian metal, Quebec.
Caliber of the Quebec scene is known world-over, and the indie metal rolling out of that province would put a lot western countries to shame. This was a great trip, even though Snowy had to settle down for Slush Puppies (mutated Slurpees), and Dario’s broken French couldn’t even get him zwei bier. We vow to return to this metal-crazed land some day soon.
