Jose Luis Revelo is a New York City composer, producer and sound engineer.
Colombian-born and raised in Panama, his career has given him a background as varied as the places he has lived at. For the past ten years he's composed and produced hundreds of jingles and scores for TV and radio, from humble beginnings in Panama all the way to New York City where he often writes for clients all over the USA, Latin America and Spain.
His music has been used in commercials for Pepsi, Budweiser, McDonald's, Lincoln-Mercury, Hyundai, Verizon and many other brands. He has also composed and produced Station ID's for Radio and TV Networks all over Latin America, Spain and the UK.
As an artist producer he's worked with great latin talents such as Thalia, Huey Dunbar and on Giselle's Grammy nominated album "8".
His latest projects include scoring the hit telenovela "La Viuda de Blanco" on NBC-owned Telemundo and producing the upcoming album for singer-songwriter Leila Colom.
He was the recipient of the Alf Clausen scholarship from Berklee College of Music in 2004. He currently continues to compose and produce music for commercials while developing new artists in New York City.
