My Interests

Photographers, models, folks who are interested in modeling and just some good friends! I'm new to Mass, I need to meet some dang friends!

Music:

I'm living proof of bad taste in music. I like synth pop, j-pop and emo. But then again I also like classic rock and punk, Spanish language and sonic dissonance.

Movies:

I hate ghost and zombie movies and I'm not big on gangster movies or, "single man against everyone else who triumphs in his vendetta" (except of course, the comic V for Vendetta, not the movie). I will watch romantic comedies until the scene I call the orgasm scene where everyone is reunited and all the lies are forgiven. It's like watching Titanic. You knew that was going to happen, why keep watching?

Books:

I'm an avid reader and I own many many books. It is my dream to have a home with a library. As far as fiction I love fantasy and sci fi (I hate chick lit and alternate history). I've found that I usually pick nonfiction though. My degree is in environmental science so I'm very interested in that, especially environmental discrimination and waste disposal (my senior seminar paper). Stewardship environmentalism and theology is also very interesting to me. I also tend heavily towards human sexuality (heh, me?) and art photo books. Lastly, I've got a ridiculous amount of money invested in comic books. I've got independent books, a lot of Vertigo and Marvel and then some DC that I've recently gotten into.
