This Canadian born singer began singing at the age of 8 in church. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba.Raised in a single parent home, Daryl eventually migrated to the suburbs of Southern California where he grew up. His love for singing over the years he has done background for En Vogue, Michael Speaks, independent artists and can be heard on the original Save the Last Dance soundtrack as a member of R&B group X-2-C.He has had the opportunity to share the stage with great people like Al Sharpton, Alvin Chea of Take 6, Nikki Giovanni and Yolanda King daughter of the great Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.He is currently a full time student at Musicians Institute and is taking the time to cultivate his skills and talent as an artist.As a songwriter he recently co-wrote two dance songs with producer Alexander Perls both set to be released this year in the Netherlands.Daryl is excited about taking music to another level, look out for his solo project set to be released in September 2007.
