I was born in Farmington New Mexico. I started playing guitar at age 11 after being inspired by my father's record collection since birth I decided it was time to create my own music. when I was 15 I began playing in local clubs with the "The Edger Mack Blues band". After getting some gigs under my belt I began playing with Jana Johns in the powerfull blues rock trio "Sugarhouse". During my time with "Sugarhouse" I gained priceless experience playing 3 to 4 nights a week from 2001 to 2006. During which time I played throughout New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, and even a short stint in Boston. I was presented many great oppurtunities while playing with this group. Including playing the same stage with the likes of "Indigeous", "Bachman Turner Overdrive", "Slaughter", The Edger Winter Group" "Smokin Joe Kubek", "Ronnie Milsap", David Allen Coe", "Anders Osborne", and "John Lee hooker Jr". While I was playing with "Sugarhouse" I completed an AA degree in Music Education and directed a music program at the local "Boys and Girl Club" which was also a very fulfilling experience. I finally decided it was time to futher my journey. So I stepped away from my teaching position at the Boys club, and from "Sugarhouse" in order to relocate to Hollywood and attend the Musician's Institute. That brings us up to date.
