Robert "Smoov Flava" Bryant, singer, producer, songwriter, musician was born November 07 in Compton, California. He displayed singing, playing drums, and piano at the early age of five years old. Roberts musical gifts spawned numerous awards and several appearances in local churches in the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas, throughout his childhood.............
While showcasing his singing as well as musicianship as a keyboardist and drummer, Roberts career blossomed as a developing and promising music artist. By playing for various churches and local groups, entering in talent shows and showcases allowed Robert to pursue his burning desire to become a successful performer..................On the professional end Robert has performed drums in the play "Dont bother me, I cant cope", sang in the hit play "What is this world coming too", by award winning director Tonia D. Bell at the famous Wilshire E Bell theater in Los Angeles CA.He was the music band director/composer for the pilot T.V. talk show Successfully Yours (Gina Recreations/Grace Communications), sang backup vocals for platinum selling recording artist Jon B, Chico Debarge, and the old school platinum selling group Loose Ends from London. On the solo end he has had the opportunity to open up for mega artist like: Jaguar Wright, Dwayne Wiggins (Tony Toni Tone), Stokley (Mint Condition), Blu Cantell, Robin Thicke, NDambi, Aaron Hall, Inpromt 2,Nikki Gilbert (Brownstone), Rashaan Patterson, and the list goes on...........Roberts latest conquests have been music directing performances for recording artist like Jesse Powell, Nikki Allen, Ghettospeare (HBO Def Poetry), Ron Patterson, and a list of other well-known performers. He has also pursued other arts in music by producing and writing for recording artist like Jesse Powell, J Boog and LiL Fizz (B2K), R&B group Next, Shawn Rivera (AZ YET), just to name a few. Legendary producer Teddy Riley recently offered him a production contract.
