MUSIK is more than just RHYTHM and RHYME; it's MELODIC CONVERSATION and that's exactly how ARAMIS connects with her audience. The Cali-based singer/songwriter broke onto the music scene in early 2007 while attending the prestigious MUSICIANS INSTITUTE in Hollywood. ARAMIS became known for her FRESH SOULFUL sound and was compared to singing sensations such as Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, Erykah Badu and Teena Marie. Creating a buzz for herself, ARAMIS began gigging at local Hollywood clubs such as BB King's Blues Club, The Dragonfly, House of Blues and Cozy's. ARAMIS has had the opportunity to work with and headline for artists such as Raheem Devaughn and Latoiya Williams and perform for charity events such as The National Breast Cancer Foundation Fundraiser, The Original Art Studio's Breast Cancer Awareness Festival and the Second Harvest National Fundraiser event. ARAMIS just recently signed with indie label COPPERWORHT ENTERTAINMENT where she plans to release her first EP, MELODIC CONVERSTAION, in late January 2008, hoping to continually captivate, inspire and uplift souls in all ages, races and MUSIK lovers.
