Say no to MSG (Monosodium Glutamate)

About Me

I have started this profile to raise awareness of the dangers of monosodium glutamate (MSG). My mom is extremely sensitive to it, and I'm sure that others are as well (even though the FDA claims that MSG sensitivity is "rare"). And even for those who are not sensitive to MSG, it has been found to be an addictive substance. Despite these facts, MSG is still used by many restaurants and food manufacturers, often with no warning that their product contains MSG. My hope is that someday, all foods that contain MSG will come with a warning. (Compare this to the Peanut Allergy!)This page is currently under construction...more to come...stay tuned :)
