I am 47 years old, have loved music all my life. I have been playing guitar since I was 16. I have only been actually writing for about 3 years. I love many genre of music. I curently lead praise and worship for our youth group at Behtel Cumberland Presbyterian church in Gage KY. I really enjoy working with young people. God is allowing me to use my talent to praise him. I have been married to my lovely wife for 27 years now. She is the best part of me. I have been a factory worker for 29 years.
In 2005 I went through some life changing experiences, I picked my guitar back up which I had not played much in 20 years, and I started writing. I enjoy playing music for anyone that will listen. This song "river of pain" is a song taken from true life experience. I need to give a special thanks to Dave Simmons for the studio work on this song. He really went out of his way to help me make this recording. It was a last minute song that I wrote for my wife for Christmas and He really came through for me. Dave and I have been freinds for a long time. He and I are currently doing some writing together. I want to try some of my songs on other people to see what kind of response I get. Thanks and please feel free to leave coments about my music. Good or Bad I can take critisism. The greatest thing I have done up to now is to be able to sing for Christ through praise and worship.
