EL TEES ROYALE DIABLO

About Me

Portland's favorite sons, The Royal Tees, have been rocking their hometown now for 3 years. In that time the band has honed their own brand of punkn rollabilly and gone through a slew of name changes (among them, Afterthought and The Royal Teats) but that has never stopped them from building a fan base and writing incredibly catchy songs. The band s latest, Freak Show Alley, is the follow-up to their self released and self titled debut. Freak Show Alley was released by Little Heart Records on September 3rd, 2007. M.Tees, vocalist and guitarist for the three piece is excited about the record; Our little tribe spawned this album through a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and booze. This record is an abstract ride on the emotional rollercoaster in the bucket of my head. Along with A.Rieder and The Iceman, the band is pleased with their arrangement with Little Heart. ...we still feel like artists, says A.Rieder. Get ready, The Tees plan to rock your hometown soon. Watch for upcoming tour announcements throughout the fall and winter. Drummer, A.Rieder says We want to show regions outside of the Pacific Northwest what The Royal Tees are all about. Our songs are tracked and available worldwide, but we want people to experience us in 3D. The best way to accomplish this goal is to get out on the road and sweat. Continues, bass player, The Iceman: Lock your doors and windows, we are rollin in the El Presidente Good Times Van, and we've got a bag of lollipops...Click below to read the Royal Tees interview in the November 2007 issue of Skratch MagazineClick below to buy our new album “Freak Show Alley” from Interpunk
