A combination of shredding guitars, harsh vocals, heavy drums, and energetic bass are what makes Release the Crimson one of the most unforgettable, "in-your-face" bands on the scene. Begun in October of 2006- when vocalist/growler Chris Gustafson responded to an ad placed by Jason Eakins (bassist) for "band members wanted" - and with the addition of drummer Brad Mulder & guitarist Scott Ayotte (both in previous bands with Jason)- RTC has worked hard to get their feet sunk in deep into the mud of metal, growing not only as musicians but also as people. RTC later added guitarist Jason Hill, whose intricate guitar work has proven to be a great addition to RTC's sound. Their main goal is always to have fun, and to fuckin' rock! Of course they would like to bring something more to the fans, something that lives and grows within each of us, and hopefully digs it's way out for release at each RTC show!Release The Crimson is currently working on several new originals as well as a couple covers just for kicks. They will be looking to book some more shows - so let them know if you have a slot to fill. Thanks!*****************************************************
