DNBCN is the biggest drum n bass crew in Barcelona and was created 2 years ago by the one and only dj snpr and it quite simply stands for "drum n bass . barcelona", DNB (drum n bass) and BCN (barcelona) simple but effective !!!!!The original and founder members of the crew are DJ SNPR, MC SUPERTEE and RAGATEK MC, with the mixture of the uk (snpr and supertee) and south America (ragatek) bringing something fresh and new to Barcelona.The next member to join was DJ ASSASSIN, SNPR's sidekick, followed by MC EKSMAN and MC HERBZIE, the dynamic duo, with MC R-VEE completing the 5 mc's.Then it was time to add some more dj's with DJ MEREY and DJ ESKABA joining the ranks adding a mixture of experience and youth to the family.The newest member to jump on the DNBCN train and is also the first and only female member of the crew is DJ BENVINDA, one of the best known female dj's in Barcelona, giving the DNBCN family a nice balance of 5 dj's and 5 mc's.The whole crew have years of experience with SNPR, ASSASSIN, SUPERTEE, EKSMAN and HERBZIE all playing on the legendary RUUD AWAKENING 104.3fm when the station was in its prime and with the dynamic duo, EKS and HERBZ now ripping up KOOL 94.6fm on a regular basis aswell as all the top venues in the uk and all over the world.The drum n bass scene in Barcelona has become very popular in the last 4 years and DNBCN has taken the music to another level having residency at all the best venues in the city like APOLO, PLATAFORMA, INSTINTO, the JAZZROOM, ZENTRAUS, BANG BANG and GOLFUS in Tarragona.So the next time you pick up a flyer and you see the letters DNBCN I will be very suprised if you don't turn up !!!!!Masthead Banner Made with MyBannerMaker.com!
