I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm thirty-six, happily married to my husband of almost fifteen years, and the proud parent of an intelligent fifteen year-old son who really shreds on guitar! I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, the youngest of six children, and a tom-boy more interested in climbing trees, re-enacting WW2 battles with my brothers, fishing and camping with my family and skateboarding than doing the usual things little girls do. I'm still like that! I have a sense of humour and consider laughter to be an important element in developing rapport with others. Putting a smile on on the collective face of humanity is what it's all about to me..... making people laugh, especially. I mean hey, mellow out, people! I'm a christian with a relaxed mental attitude towards other members of the human race.........in other words, I mind my own business:) GRACE IS THE ISSUE IN SALVATION! (Ephesians 2:8-9)"For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast." And speaking of boasting, politicians....I still don't trust them!!

Heroes:

The Lord Jesus Christ, for taking our sins on His own body and being judged for them so we could have eternal life. My mother, Edith Ann Yearack who recently went to be with The Lord...she was an incredible woman with the most unique personality and passion for giving. She has done so much for her children and many other people throughout the world. If I inherited even an ounce of her goodness, there's hope for me, yet;) I miss her very much. Every man and woman who wears the uniform of this country and serves with our freedom in mind. My father, Robert Yearack and my brother, Jim Yearack, who both proudly served in the United States Navy. Firefighters like my dad ( Phoenix, retired )who put their lives on the line every day. The real "Band of Brothers," the 506th, Easy Company WW2. The brave airmen of the Ploesti Raid. The women of the British Air-Transport Auxiliary, WW2. The heroes of D-Day, June 6th, 1944. Every ethnic group that served in WW2 (and every time since) in our armed forces proudly, even when facing such racial discrimination. Japanese-Americans who endured the unfair, unconstitutional internment camps during WW2. The heroes of the Warsaw Ghetto. William Wallace 1272-1305, John Huss 1369-1415, Mary-Queen of Scots 1542-1587,Sophia Magdalena Scholl 1921-1943, Golda Meir 1898-1978, Israel's fighters of the Six-Day War, Dr. Ruth Westheimer-who was a sniper for Israel's Defense Forces in the 1948 War, Col. David Marcus, people who stand up to bullies, people who protect women and children from indescribable abuses world-wide, such as Waris Dirie and Eve Ensler. Amazing and inspirational teenage surfer, Bethany Hamilton. The people who demonstrated courage and fearlessness on 9/11.....firefighters, rescuers, citizens and the passengers of Flight 93 who I believe prevented the last attack that would have put this country under martial law! Aaron Zelman of the great bill-of-rights organization: Jews For The Preservation Of Firearms Ownership. My Aunt June and Stepmother, Barbara who are in heaven. My sister, Margaret, who has made a couragous career change and will be an excellent chef!! Rahab the prostitute (Joshua 2:1-6:26 and Hebrews 11:31) My sister-in-law Dr. Marjorie Jesse, My doctor, Charles Elmendorf, D.O. the students and staff at Palmer College of Chiropractic, especially our wonderful staff doctor, Dr. Harker, our former extern/student-doctors, Shannon Moddejonge and Kristin Soldner, who are both going to be amazing doctors! My amazing, beautiful girlfriend, Sara Young who entered heaven at 2:15 AM UK time, March 29 of this year. She was a brave, unique woman....she suffered from Crohns Disease for fifteen years, but you wouldn't have known it because she would not let it get her down or stop her from getting the most out of life and enjoying it to the fullest potential. I know my little RAF gal would want me to do the same, in her memory :-) Two men who risk persecution from their people and in some cases, the threat of death to give the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of their backgrounds, Zvi and Walid Shoebat. "....and hold men like him in high regard." excerpt from Phillipians 2:29b
