Peter Mercer

I took up the guitar when I was 21 just as a hobby and eventually got into playing in a few bands with friends, mainly playing covers around the local bars back in the 80's. Then for about 20 years I didn't play much at all.A few years ago I got interested again and met up with a few good musos. We ended up forming a blues band called Blueprint and we've had some fun getting a repertoire together and doing some recording and gigs.I've always had an interest in recording and with the technology available for home recording these days, I've been trying to learn more about that. I was lucky enough to stumble across a site called www.Guitaristworks.com where I've met lots of like minded musicians who have helped me greatly. I've also had the chance to collaborate with some of them on songs.
