I am currently a grad student of NYU steinhardt, major in Music Composition for film and multimedia. I got Contemporary Writing and Production/ piano Performance degrees from Berklee College of Music at 2007. I continue my music adventure to New York city, which is the most exciting city probably all the musicians and artist dream for. To live in New York is not easy... the traffic, the crowd, the noise..., however, I feel I really get my eyes opened and experience something new everyday here! The shows and multi-culture experience and the art vibe make me feel it's worth to tolerant all those bad big-city-shocks.I'm a pianist and a singer. I love writing and performing and producing music, or sometimes just listening to music. I love a lot of different styles even I can only do some of them. I think music is all about sharing our thoughts and emotions to the world. In different mood, you will find a different style fit it perfectly. I appreciate all the music that content true emotions from the musicians.I guess musicians usually have a hard time to express ourselves by words or in a way other people normally do, so we create music as our massager to deliver all the thoughts and feelings to the world.~well~or I am just talking about me here. hehe.If I can, I hope I don't need to get money by doing music, it really suck when you have to do something just for money! However, it's hard to do something else and keep improving music at the same time, so I guess that's what we have to deal with...I will try to keep my heart alive and my soul awake and never become a music machine!No matter where you are from, where you live, and what culture background you have, I am glad we meet here!
