Here are some reviews
Setting up perfectly for the special Belle and Sebastian Style and Substance, the final band Arson to Ashes put the Rawk in Raw. They attempt to be truly epic, living the illusion of performing to an entire stadium as rock gods. And to be honest, they kind of pull it off. When theres 150 people in Qudos, and they are still above their heads and singing back to the band, something must be going right.
The lead singer postulates and performs with true energy and self-confidence, and even when Arson to Ashes metal magnificence begins to verge on the ridiculous - the fist-clenching Give me freedom repeated in ever more agonising screams - they still make you want to believe they are some kind of dark lords. Even if the bassist is wearing a baby pink Tshirt. Kate Barrowdale, QMU
